TERMS OF SERVICE
SIMPLIFIED TOS:You may: ask for minor changes, ask for speedpaints, use for any personal things (pfp, reference, inspiration, wallpapers, etc.).You may NOT: Feed my art to generative AI, hate speech/political edits, use as NFTs, claim to be the artist, trace my works for profit (private and for practice is fine, do not post anywhere), resell or retrade designs until the 2 week cooldown is over, adopt a character or commission on impulse, use for pro/darkship content, resell/retrade to anyone on my blacklist.PAYMENT INFORMATION
50% of your payment will be upfront, and the other 50% will be when I send a sketch to ensure no scamming or art theft. Refusal will be a blacklist from commissioning me in the future.
Payment plans will be discussed for commissions or bids on designs that reach over $100.
Refunds will not be guaranteed unless I am the one that backs out or cancels.Do not commission me if you are unsure. Any rude behavior will be immediately shut down and you will not get a refund, and your commission will not be completed.
If the product is complete and full payment has been sent, a refund will not be issued.
I post all commission work. Please tell me if you want to remain anonymous or keep it private.
I am allowed to refuse a commission for any reason.If you notice a mistake, please point it out and I will fix it at no extra cost. Any larger changes will add $10 to the cost of the commission.
BASES
You may:
Edit lines, add accessories, species change, use for customs/design trades/adopts/basefills
You may NOT:
Use for NFT creation/distribution, hate speech or political artworks, claim to be the artist, resell the base for profit.
COMMISSIONS
You may:
Use as a PFP, request minor edits, ask for layers/speedpaints, use as a reference, take inspiration.
You may NOT:
Use for NFT creation/distribution (this includes custom characters), ask for hate speech or political artworks, claim to be the artist.You must pay 50% the price of your commission when you first order, and 50% when I have the sketch sent to you. This is to ensure no scamming and not giving a complete piece before full payment, and will allow me to back out if I cannot complete your commission for any reason.
DESIGN OWNERSHIP
By getting a design from me, you automatically agree to follow the following:
Do not resell or trade this character until the cooldown (2 weeks) is over.
Do not adopt this character impulsively or for retrade/resale only.
Do not make controversial artwork with this character (hate speech, negative political artworks, proship/darkship content, etc.).
You may use this character for crafts, such as fursuits, cosplays, masks, personal merch, etc.
Do not claim to be the designer of this character.
Do not resell or retrade to anyone on my blacklist.
EXTRA INFO
My turnaround time is anywhere from 2 days to 3 months depending on my schedule, queue, and other factors. I will try to give frequent updates however I may forget, feel free to remind me or ask for updates!

I require ID verification to prove you are at least 18 years old. I will only need your DOB (all other info may be blacked out) and your discord or toyhouse profile/username beside it.Using my art for AI training, editing, or other generative AI usage in general will result in an immediate blacklist and beware.Failure to follow my TOS will result in being blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me, owning future designs, and joining any raffles.
